When water is the major ingredient in your espresso shot, you need the highest quality water to extract the best flavours from your coffee. Our ROCAFE system removes nearly all dissolved solids from the water, leaving clean pure water. We then pass this water through a cartridge containing natural rock minerals to balance the water to give the perfect tasting coffee and for efficient coffee machine operation.
